Phil is an experienced Tech Entrepreneur and IT Professional. Having built a managed services business for 20 years which is now left to its management team to run Phil now dedicates his time as the CTO for HRTechIntl. With many years of experience in developing software solutions, working in the recruitment industry, managing his own business and mentoring start-ups Phil is perfectly positioned to ensure the solution is developed with a strong product market fit and scalability focus such that the technology used is adaptable to the many scenarios that HRTechIntl will encounter.
Paul is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. He is currently the managing partner of Michaelides Warner, a firm of Accountants, Tax and Business Advisors in West London, UK. The firm has 15 staff and provides comprehensive compliance and advisory services to a range of small and medium sized businesses.
